Overview
The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.
Each Enneagram type has a specific strategy for relating to the self, others and the world. Underneath each of the nine patterns is a basic proposition or belief about what you need in life for survival and satisfaction.
The Enneagram describes not only nine personality patterns and automatic habits, but also nine corresponding pathways to awakening. It addresses the relationship between personality and higher states of awareness, showing us the full spectrum of our potential.
Of course we are more than Types; each of us is a unique soul with particular gifts and set of life circumstances to navigate.
These Nine patterns show up in all races, nationalities, cultures and religions, helping to further understanding of what we have in common.

Revelationary Theatre Arts Presents “Nine Tales”
As an Enneagram teacher, my favorite way to work with the Enneagram is through drama and movement. By animating the types, their inner dynamics, recurrent dramas, strivings and pitfalls they come to life. There is comedy and tragedy in these very human manifestations.
You could say the Enneagram types represent nine unique tales: nine ways of loving, nine core motivations, nine emotional habits, nine gateways to higher consciousness, nine ways of blowing it. There are of course variations, but each of the nine patterns retains a flavor specific to itself; there are basic, recurrent themes that underlie each one.
Enacting a dynamic, say, one that involves a habitual reactive pattern, brings conscious awareness to it, and help us recognize it when it pops up again. A little humor and a light touch can ease the tendency to judge the downside of these persistent patterns.
When approached in a spirit of exploration, it becomes an adventure of personal discovery and self-revelation. Stay tuned for upcoming classes and workshops.
